This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the manufacturer/developer of the skyLine Laser and Measuring Tool (“skyLine”, “we”, or “our”). By using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the skyLine hardware and software solely for your personal or professional use in line measurement applications. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the product or software to third parties without written consent.
All rights, title, and interest in the skyLine software and hardware remain with the original developer. This agreement does not convey any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
The skyLine system is designed to assist in measuring glider lines. All adjustments made based on skyLine data are done at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying line measurements and adjustments before flight.
In no event shall skyLine or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the device or software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of flight control, or personal injury.
We reserve the right to modify or update the software and this Agreement at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by ceasing all use and returning or disposing of the hardware. We may terminate it if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your country of purchase. Any disputes shall be resolved under local jurisdiction.
